1 lb. hamburger
½ chopped onion
1 can tomatoes
2 C water
1 clove garlic
1 can tomato soup
1 15 oz. can kidney beans
1 envelope taco seasoning OR 1 T chili powder
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp minced dry onion
1 can whole kernel corn
salt and pepper to taste
Brown meat and onion and drain fat. Add other ingredients and simmer about 15
minutes.
Toppings: grated cheese, corn chips, chopped avocado,
chopped tomatoes
Make vegetarian by substituting hamburger.
