Apple Crisp

Filling—combine and spoon onto pie crust:               
      7 apples, peeled, cored, thinly sliced (abt 9 C)
      2 tsp cinnamon
      3 T brown sugar
      2 tsp flour

Topping—mix and sprinkle on top of filling:
      ¼ C unsalted butter
      1/3 C chopped walnuts
      ¼ C sugar
      1/3 C flour
      ¼ C oatmeal
      ½ tsp cinnamon


Bake at 400 for 45 min.
