Candy-pecan Clusters

1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow crème
1 ½ lbs. Hershey’s kisses (no substitute)
5 C sugar
1 can evaporated milk
½ C butter
6 C pecans


Place marshmallow crème and kisses in a large bowl and set aside.  Combine sugar, milk, and butter in a large saucepan.  Boil mixture to high point; let boil 8 minutes (until softball stage).  Pour over marshmallow crème and kisses; blend well.  Add pecans and mix.  Drop by teaspoonful on waxed paper.  Makes 12 dozen clusters.
