Perfect Chili

1 lb. ground turkey
1 ½ T spicy spaghetti seasoning
2 cans dry beans, soaked overnight 
1 can (16 oz.) tomatoes
1 tsp ground garlic
2 tsp chili powder
½ tsp salt

pepper and basil to taste

1 15 oz. can beans = 1/2 dry or 1 1/2 cooked
1 pound dry beans = 2 C dry, 6 C cooked
