1 pkg Lipton mushroom and onion dry soup mix
1 lb. ground beef, crumbled and browned
8-10 servings instant mashed potatoes, prepared according to
package directions
1 C grated cheddar cheese
Follow instructions to make gravy on package of dry soup
mix. Add cooked ground beef. Spread in bottom of large casserole
dish. Spread mashed potatoes on top of
meat and gravy mixture. Sprinkle grated
cheese and place in broiler until cheese is melted.
