Ravioli Stew

1 C chopped onion
2 C sliced carrots
2 cans chicken  or vegetarian broth
2 tsp basil
2 cloves garlic, ½ tsp minced, or 1/8 tsp powdered
2 cans Italian-style diced tomatoes
1 can Northern white beans, drained
1 package mini cheese-filled ravioli
1 pound Italian sausage, browned


Combine all ingredients in crockpot except Ravioli.  Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.  Add ravioli, cook another 15 minutes on high.
