Murphy’s Chicken

Combine:
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. cornstarch
dash garlic salt

Mix 2 eggs; dip chicken into egg and then into flour mixture; brown in oil and place in 9x13 pan.  

Mix and bring to a boil (use whisk to get out ketchup lumps):
1/2 c. chicken broth
2/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. ketchup
2 T. soy sauce
1 c. sugar


Pour over chicken.  Bake uncovered for 1 hr 350° and baste occasionally.
