Minestrone Soup

1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 cans vegetable broth
1 can (14.5 oz.) kidney beans
1 can (14.5 oz.) garbanzo beans
1 can stewed tomatoes
½ C small shell pasta
¼ tsp Italian Seasoning (or more)
¼ tsp crushed red pepper


Sauté the onion and garlic 5-8 minutes until transparent.  Add next 7 ingredients.  Bring to a boil.  Reduce heat, simmer 10-12 minutes until noodles are tender.
