Meat Marinade

From Callie Bouck

6-8 chicken breasts or pieces, pork chops, or steaks
16 oz. pineapple juice
½ C soy sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
½ tsp minced garlic
1/3 C Italian dressing


Combine marinade ingredients and pour over meat.  Grill, broil, or pan fry meat until browned.  Discard marinade.
