From Bisquick
1 lb. ground beef
1 C chopped onion
½ tsp salt
1 C shredded Cheddar cheese
½ C Bisquick
1 C milk
2 eggs
Cook ground beef and onion until beef is brown; drain. Stir in salt.
Spread in greased 9” pie plate; sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients until
blended. Pour onto pie plate. Bake at 400° for 25 min. or until knife
inserted in center comes out clean.
