Cucumber Salad

Kay Watson

2 lg. cucumbers
1 ½ C sour cream
1 T rice wine vinegar
Salt & Pepper
¼ C minced dill


Salt cucumber and let sit for 30-60 minutes.  Mix rest of ingredients.  Can thin with milk.  Top with cracked pepper, or cayenne pepper.  Hot sauce is optional.
