Crock Pot Chicken

6-8 Boneless Chicken Breasts
1 can cr. of chicken soup
1 can cr. of mushroom soup
1 8oz. cream cheese
1 package of dry Italian Seasoning

Add to Crock-pot in this order. Cook on low for 8 hours. Serve on top of rice.
