Corn Salad

Kay Watson

4 C corn (frozen, fresh or canned)
2 sliced radishes, or red pepper (for color)
¼ C minced parsley
1 T fresh dill
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ C salad oil
2 T Balsamic vinegar
2 T grated Cheese
1/8 tsp pepper
Salt to taste


Combine and enjoy.
