Chowder

Thin white sauce (sub. chicken broth for milk)
2 C cooked fish or seafood (clams, shrimp, oysters, crabmeat)
2 C cooked or cubed veg. (corn, cauliflower, potatoes, broccoli, onions)


Heat thoroughly.

Can omit meat and substitute more vegetables.
