Chicken Salad

From Stacy Burton, which came from Vera Walker
4 C diced, cooked chicken
1 ½ C celery (diced small)
1 C mayo
2 T lemon juice
1 t. salt
½ t. pepper
½ C slivered almonds


Combine chicken and celery.  Make dressing with rest of ingredients.  Mix lightly.  Also use in tart shells or in croissants.
