½ C non-fat Italian dressing
6 4-oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 C grated parmesan cheese
2/3 C seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 C marinara sauce (Prego is fine)
Put Italian dressing and chicken into bowl. Marinate at least 2 hours. In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan, bread
crumbs, paprika, sugar, salt and pepper.
Spread the marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Dredge the marinated chicken in the bread
crumb mixture. Place in baking dish and
sprinkle on the bread crumb mixture, coating evenly. Bake at 350 for about 40
minutes. Serve on a bed of pasta with more marinara sauce.
