Cheesecake

from Kari Mitchell

12 oz. cream cheese, soft
2 beaten eggs
 ¾ C sugar
2 tsp vanilla
 ½ tsp lemon juice

Combine.  Beat until light.  Pour into graham cracker crust.  Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes.  Cool for 5 minutes.  Pour topping & bake 10 minutes more.  Refrigerate 5 hours.

Crust: ½ C melted butter, 12-14 crackers

Topping: 1 C sour cream, 3 ½ T sugar, 1 tsp vanilla
