2 large baking potatoes (1 lb.)
¼ C grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp paprika
1/8 tsp pepper
Cut potatoes into wedges.
Place in plastic bag. Spray with
nonstick coating. Combine cheese,
paprika, and pepper. Add to bag. Close bag.
Shake. Arrange wedges on cooking sheet sprayed with nonstick coating. Bake at 425° for 30 min. turning once. Season with salt.
