Blueberry Muffins

from Kay Watson

small bowl:
1 egg, beaten
1/2 C milk
1/4 C oil

large bowl:
1 1/2 C flour
1/2 C sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 C blueberries

Combine liquid and dry ingredients. Add blueberries last. Bake 25 minutes @400 F degrees
