5-6 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 C mayo
2 T lemon juice
3-4 heads of fresh broccoli cup up (or 1lb. frozen broccoli) (1 head = 3 1/2 C broccoli)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp curry powder
1 C shredded cheese
Place Broccoli in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Mix soup, mayo, curry powder, and lemon juice together in a sauce pan and cover broccoli with half of the mixture. Place chicken on top. Add cheese to the rest of the mixture. Heat mixture until cheese is melted; pour on chicken. Sprinkle bread crumbs if desired. Cook in 350 degree oven for 30 - 35 minutes, until golden brown. Serves 6-8
